3D Treehouse
Making the treehouse
For a subject in my first year of studying Creative Media and Game Development, we had to create a 3D model based on the concept of a treehouse. I struggled with creating (low enough poly) organic shapes and models. I also struggled with working with Maya, which was the engine the school wanted us to use for creating the 3D model. Eventually though, I made a low enough poly 3D model based on the idea of Jack and the Beanstalk. The tree is a big beanstalk with multiple small branches and the house is based on a medieval type wooden beamed house.
